CNC-controlled lockstitch button attaching machine for light to medium materials with max. sewing field 40 x 30mm, scaling of pre-programmed patterns and universal button clamp (No.5) for buttons from 10 to 20mm diameter and up to 2,4mm button hight. ***

Equipped with electronic controlled clamp foot lift, thread trimmer, thread wiper, needle thread clamp below the needle plate for secured sewing start and integrated DC direct drive with operation panel incl. bobbin capacity and piece counter.

Oil free sewing head, hook with fresh oil tank.

No compressed air required.

Secured sewing start due to step motor driven needle thread clamp.

Clean seam beginning due to thread wiper.

Pattern transfer via USB stick.

Stabiliser to balance electric voltage peaks.

Pre-programmed patterns can be changed in length and hight by steps of 1%. Sewing speed can be changed in 100 rpm steps.

Memory capacity for 50 bar-tack variants and 25 sequences with up to 20 bar-tack variants. Max. speed 3.000 rpm.
